Internal Controls on Financial Reporting
To ensure the trustworthiness of financial reporting, which the Kiyo Financial Group positions as a top-priority management issue, the holding company has drawn up the Basic Policies Regarding Internal Controls on Financial Reporting.
As a result of the application of the Policies, we are able to constantly evaluate the critical control points of the internal control system where falsification of data or data entry error may arise in the course of the production of financial reports via the accounting systems employed in each category of transaction. We are then able to utilize our evaluations to make improvements and ensure the trustworthiness of the Group’s financial reporting.
